This program is a port of DITHERPAINT99 I made for the TI99/4A in EXTENDED BASIC that has been optimized to be used for the Sinclair ZX81/Timex 1000 computers with a few changes made to make use of some of the unique limitations and features that are part of the ZX81 line of micro computers. It was developed using a modern text editor, tested on the EightyOne emulator, compiled using MCODER, and tested on real hardware for the program's functionality.

Congratulations! DitherPaint81 is a nice and easy to use little piece of software. It's great to see people coding for the ZX81 in 2021. Keep up the good job!

Thanks. Almost finished with a small batch of physical media for those that want a copy on tape because they can't get their hands on a ZXpand, or want the good ole fashioned method.
