Ready to begin the user guide for release

The final test of the compiled DitherPaint81 using MCODER using bare metal works about as good as it can. It just needs a user guide to be made before it's ready for release. It will also have the trimmed down 4K version as a type-in program in the back to run in the built-in basic as the compiled version is larger than 4K, so that won't work from a BASIC to MACHINE CODE.
